Purpose-Driven Design: How Kim Oden Founded The Wright UX
The Wright UX was founded by Kim Oden, a product designer with over ten years of experience and a passion for empowering marginalized communities. After spending over 20 years in the insurance industry, Kim realized that her true calling was in digital design, where she could make a meaningful difference. In December 2022, she left her long-time job to fully dedicate herself to helping small businesses and non-profit organizations owned by or supporting marginalized groups. As a black-owned, woman-owned business, The Wright UX is committed to using its platform to promote positive social change and provide these organizations with the tools they need to thrive.
